Why macan4d Requires KYC Verification
KYC verification is not a macan4d invention—it's a legal requirement imposed by payment regulators and anti-money-laundering compliance frameworks across most jurisdictions. Every licensed gaming operator must confirm the identity of account holders before processing deposits and withdrawals. We comply with these rules to protect our members, ensure fund security, and maintain our operating licenses.
From a practical standpoint, KYC verification protects you. It prevents unauthorized accounts opened in your name, deters fraud, and ensures that only verified individuals can withdraw funds from an account. We encrypt all submitted documents and store them according to data-protection standards. Your ID number, address, and personal details are never shared with third parties unless legally required.
Documents We Accept for macan4d KYC
For identity verificationwe accept a valid government-issued ID. This includes your Indonesian national ID card (KTP), driving license (SIM), or passport. The document must be current and show your full name, date of birth, and ID number clearly. Expired documents are not acceptable.
For address verificationwe need a recent document that shows your residential address. Accepted documents include utility bills (electricity, water, gas), rental agreements, bank statements, or official correspondence from a government agency. The document must be dated within the last three months and display your name and full address. A mobile bill statement works equally well.
Both documents must be clear, legible scans or photographs. If the image is blurry, partially cut off, or unreadable, we will ask you to resubmit. File formats we accept: JPG, PNG, PDF. File size should not exceed 5 MB per document. We recommend photographing your documents under good lighting and making sure all text is visible before uploading.
Clear, legible documents mean faster verification. A blurry photo of your ID leads to a resubmission request and delays your access by 24 hours. Spend 30 seconds getting the lighting right—it saves time later.
How to Submit Your KYC Documents
KYC submission happens during account creation. After you complete your email signup and set your password, the platform automatically directs you to the KYC section. You'll see two upload fields: one for your ID and one for your address proof. Click each field, select your document from your device, and confirm the upload. Once both documents are uploaded, your submission enters our review queue.
If you skip KYC during signup, you can return to it anytime by logging in and navigating to Account Settings → Verification. The page displays your upload history and current status (Pending, Approved, or Request Resubmission). You can also reupload documents if we ask you to. Our system timestamps each submission, so we track the sequence.
- Step 1: Log into your macan4d account and go to Account Settings.
- Step 2: Click the "KYC Verification" or "Verify Identity" button.
- Step 3: Upload your ID (KTP, SIM, or passport).
- Step 4: Upload your address proof (utility bill, rental agreement, or bank statement dated within 3 months).
- Step 5: Click "Submit for Review" and wait for email confirmation.
Verification Timeline and Status Tracking
Once you submit your documents, we begin review. On business days (Monday–Friday), most verifications complete within 24 hours. Weekend submissions are queued and processed the following Monday. We send an email notification the moment your verification status changes—Approved, Request Resubmission, or Pending Further Review.
You can check your verification status anytime by logging into macan4d and viewing your Account Settings. The status page shows a timestamp of your submission, the current review stage, and any notes if we need you to resubmit. If documents are unclear, we provide specific guidance: for example, "ID photo is out of focus" or "Address proof is older than 3 months." This helps you correct the issue quickly.
What Happens After Approval
Once your KYC verification is approved, your account is fully unlocked. You can now deposit funds using any of our supported payment methods—DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. You can also withdraw winnings without restrictions, provided your account balance permits. Withdrawals are subject to standard processing windows, which vary by payment method.
An approved KYC status remains valid indefinitely unless you change your registered address or personal details. If you move to a new city (e.g., relocating from Jakarta to Bandung) or update your phone number, we may ask you to reconfirm your address proof. This is a mobile bankingef process—simply upload a new document and we re-verify within 24 hours. Your account access is never interrupted during this reconfirmation.

Common KYC Issues and Solutions
Document rejected as "unreadable": This means the photo is blurry, too dark, or partially cut off. Retake the photo under e-walletght natural light or indoor lighting, ensuring the entire document is visible in frame. Avoid glare or shadows over the ID number or name.
Address proof too old: If your utility bill or bank statement is dated more than three months ago, upload a newer one. During major holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, Nyepi), response times may extend slightly due to reduced staffing, but the 3-month requirement remains the same.
Mismatch between ID and address proof: If your ID shows a different name or address than your address proof, our team may flag this for clarification. You can reply via email or in-app chat explaining the discrepancy—for example, if you recently married and changed your name on one document but not the other. We review context and resolve it within 24 hours.
KYC pending for over 48 hours: On rare occasions, submissions are queued during high-volume periods. If your KYC has not been reviewed within 48 hours, contact our support team via live chat. We prioritize your request and provide an update immediately.
KYC verification is a one-time gate. Once passed, you enjoy unrestricted access to all macan4d services without repeated verifications.
